Costumer: Oh, hello. I'd like to return this CD, please.
Clara: OK. What's the problem with it?
Costumer: Well, it's scratched and it jumps. It was scratched when I bought it.
Clara: Mmm, that's strange. When did you buy it?
Costumer. I only bought it yesterday.
Clara: Have you got the receipt?
Costumer: Yes, here you are.
Clara: OK. Well, I can give you a refund, or do you want to choose another CD?
Costumer: I'll choose another one, thanks.
